Dorchester County's Law Enforcement, public and

private agencies, and citizens, meet on a regular basis to

discuss and share information regarding the presence,

formation, and activity of suspected and/or known

individuals, groups, or organizations that fit the definition of

a "gang"

   Our mission is not to instill fear or alarm to our residents;

but to educate and promote connectedness through

family and community.

  The real work is not just done by our member agencies;

but by the parents, grandparents, gaurdians, and broader

community. Along with our efforts, Dorchester County

citizens can take action in their neighborhoods and by

taking advantage of the teachable moments everyday

that make our youth feel connected.
